Natural Teeth Whiteners : the recipes (the powders)
Natural teeth whiteners recipes not only lighten up your teeth and keep your gums healthy, they are also efficient in removing plaque and control tartar. They are easy to make and are fairly cheap.
The following natural teeth whiteners recipes list ingredients that you will need to crush and/or grind to a fine powder. Your typical coffee grinder is perfect for this. Then you can brush the whitening powder on with your tooth brush (dip your toothbrush in water before) or apply directly to your teeth with your finger. Try to leave on a few minutes before rinsing. You will find the ingredients at a natural food stores and your pharmacy.
Natural teeth whiteners : the powders
- Mix three parts of baking soda, crunched prickly ash bark, calcium tablets, magnesium tablets, vitamin C tablets, each with one part of Echinacea powder and sea salt and half part of goldenseal powder. Mix and use regularly.
- Clean your teeth with powdered leaves of margosa. This will refresh your mouth too.
- Make a powder of pomegranate peels. Wet your tooth brush and dip in the powder to brush your teeth.
- Use bark of walnut tree to make your teeth white.
- Make a powder of 3 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt. Use this mixture to clean your teeth and for healthy gums. This is the best treatment for whitening your teeth.
- Take powdered bay leaves and some dried orange peels and bunch them so they are lined up together. Rub this gently on your teeth.
- Take turmeric, roast it and make its powder. Rub this powder daily on the teeth to get rid of teeth related problems and sparkle.
- Roast carom seeds and grind it to a fine powder. Rub this powder on your teeth and wash off after few minutes. This powder is effective for those having yellow color
